Job Description
- Expertise in Cold Fusion in an Oracle 8i environment is essential. Must also have experience with other current development technologies including Java and J2EE. Must demonstrate experience working in a consulting role satisfying corporate objectives while exceeding customer expectations. - Develop, create and modify general computer applications or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design software or customize software with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. - Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost restraints. - Confers with program office/end users and project managers to obtain system requirement certifications. - Develops and directs software system testing procedures, programming and documentation. - Coordinates production readiness and installation of software system. - Excellent written and oral communication skills are required to ensure clear dissemination of assignment and status reporting.
