- The qualified applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day task management of the development team to ensure milestones are successfully met.
- Must have a BS in Computer Science with at least five years experience working in the commercial software industry.
- At least four years experience as a Lead Developer building Java web-based applications using JSP, DHTML, EJB, and XML.
- Solid Design and Development experience on J2SE/J2EE platforms.
- Top of the line Java coding skills
- Sound working knowledge of UNIX and Windows deployment environments.
- Development experience with Network/Enterprise management applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, experienced working with customers and in cross-team environments.
