ERP PRINCIPLE/SENIOR CM
The ERP Principle/Senior CM provides high-end research, analysis, and evaluation of existing business processes and procedures to identify problems and develop solutions to achieve optimum performance and cost effectiveness.

Functional Requirements:
Provide implementation, configuration and analysis
Provide scoping for projects, matching business requirements to functionality and presentation of report model design
Facilitate process improvement efforts through custom programming, commercial off the shelf software (COTS), or other means
Manage a team of ERP Senior Consultants and Analysts that coordinate the evaluation and redesign of current business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of business information technology and resources, and improve process performance
Recommends and designs cost effective strategies for use of system technology to meet customer information goals and objectives.

Required Experience:

ERP PROJECT DIRECTOR
The ERP Project Director role supports the ERP Project Manager and team throughout the life of the project. The ERP Project Director will act as a consultant on performance support issues, design considerations, and effective approaches to ensuring the success of the project. The ERP Project Director will remain involved at an activity level that allows the project to run smoothly and mitigate challenges, which could impede the successful completion of the project.

Functional Requirements:
Support the ERP Project Manager
Apply years of experience to identifying overall training and support approach
Conduct analysis and assessment of client requirements
Consult with project team and supply experience from previous projects
Provide qualified staff personnel to the project

ERP PROJECT MANAGER
The ERP Project Manager role manages overall development efforts. The ERP Project Manager role also includes ensuring the project delivers quality products completed on time and within the prescribed budget. The ERP Project Manager will ensure that the project team is managed in such a way that the team is working harmoniously. The ERP Project Manager will monitor the progress of the project, and ensure that the entire organization involved with the training and performance support effort is aligned.

ERP EDITOR
The ERP Editor works closely with the project manager to ensure that documentation prepared by project team members is of the highest quality. The editor is responsible for documentation planning and coordination throughout the project, establishing document standards and then coordinating the efforts of team members and support staff to prepare documentation that complies with these standards. As an advocate for the end users, the editor reviews documentation for clarity and consistency and, as necessary, revises and reorganizes information to improve its readability.

Functional Requirements:
Working with the template developer to identify formats, layout, and styles
Providing input regarding the flow and logic of the curriculum
Identifying the file-naming conventions and directory structure for the project
Preparing document standard

KM PRINCIPLE CONSULTANT
The KM Principle Consultant provides customers with authoritative advice for "knowledge management" activities, including consultation to managers on how to maximize the value of its human capital. "Knowledge management" is a discipline that promotes collaboration and provides an integrated means for capturing the knowledge of staff and transferring it to others on an as-needed basis. This capture and transfer is done through a variety of social networking and technology solutions, often in combination.

Functional Requirements:
Provides technical expertise to clients to coordinate approaches to knowledge management problems
Studies client goals, problems, resources, and practices, for the purpose of assessing readiness for knowledge management. Develops reports based on such studies.
Recommends which knowledge management approaches are appropriate for accomplishing client strategic goals. Recommendations address the cultural, behavioral, technological, and organizational factors that impede or further the use of the client's knowledge assets.
Identifies best practices in the field of knowledge management, by benchmarking other organizations, networking with Chief Knowledge Officers and other professionals in this field, and generally keeping up to date. Reports on best practices.

SENIOR KM CONSULTANT
The Senior KM Consultant develops Knowledge Management strategies for identifying, capturing, sharing, and transforming key information and intellectual assets into enduring value for SSSI customers. Works to embed knowledge sharing into the culture and key business processes in order to improve organizational effectiveness in areas of Standardized Processes, Knowledge Capture and Transfer, Sales Facilitation, Project Development Time, Client Needs, and Creativity and Innovation.

Functional Requirements:
Evaluate and enhance sources and methods for capturing internal explicit knowledge, staff expertise, and relevant industry/business information
Determine and evaluate processes used; identify critical information needed during each stage of the process
Develop standardized methods and collateral for automating processes, documenting processes and maintaining KM systems
Work with various internal disciplines-Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Development-to create an internal infrastructure that supports knowledge sharing
Educate employees on KM efforts, company resources and how they can add value to clients

The KM Staff Consultant works with customers to design and develop processes to leverage information and expertise internal and external to the organization. This includes the design and development of technology solutions and associated supporting processes.

Functional Requirements:
Oversee on-site assessment of customer needs and issues and identify project scope and necessary resources.
Responsible for the analysis and documentation of existing workflow and processes for content creation and maintenance, the optimization of those processes and the design, implementation and documentation of any new processes.
Consultant will be responsible for the evaluation, selection, implementation and support of a knowledge management system to support customer user base.
Coordinating all engaged resources to deliver with high quality information and analysis that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Required Experience:

TECHNICAL WRITER

Functional Responsibility:
Prepares revisions to and rewrites existing documentation. Creates new documentation from related documentation, conducts examination of subject system or procedure, interviews, and/or possesses experience and/or expertise in subject area. Uses word processor or text processor. Applies excellent writing skills and use of the English language. Applies knowledge of different writing styles and ability to follow the appropriate style for the intended audience. Understands the intended audience and identifies and develops information appropriate for that. Follows a documented process. Learns new tools and processes quickly. Produces accurate work and maintains schedule integrity. Understands copy editing/proofread marks. Understands archiving and retrieval of information.

Required Experience:
Three (3) years of technical writing or documentation experience with one (1) year of specialized technical documentation experience.

Required Education:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

INQUIRIES ANALYST

Functional Responsibility:
Responsible for receiving and resolving inquiries received via telephone, e-mail, fax, or correspondence inquires. The analyst is the initial point-of-contact and able to provide advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of customer's management, organizational and business improvement efforts. The analyst interacts with callers to provide accurate, timely information in a professional and courteous manner. Support includes needs assessments, recommendations, design and development of value-based solutions, products and services for high performance organizations. The analyst is also responsible for opening and sorting correspondence; and responding in writing to any correspondence. Analysts use the Inquiries Tracking System to record and document all inquiries; and to generate written responses. The analyst provides word processing support for project as directed. These activities are conducted in a manner that meets or exceeds objectives for technical excellence, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Make recommendations to change programming or text to enhance the quality of the knowledge base, telephone and inquiries tracking systems.

Required Experience:

BILLING ANALYST

Functional Responsibility:
The Billing Analyst is the initial point-of-contact for all billing related inquiries and provides advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of customers' management, organizational and business improvement efforts. The analyst is responsible for the posting of accounts received and for the reconciliation of billing anomaly suspense accounts, bank statement, returned checks, and stop payment checks; adjusting billing accounts; and initiating refunds to facilities. The analyst receives and resolves telephone calls and correspondence. The technician is also responsible for opening and sorting correspondence received from the lockbox contractor; and responding in writing to billing correspondence including status of facility billing accounts and requests for FDA Taxpayer Identification Numbers. The Inquiry Tracking System to record all telephone and correspondence inquiries and billing anomalies; and to generate written responses. The analyst provides word processing support as directed. These activities are conducted in a manner that meets or exceeds objectives for technical excellence, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience:
