 SSSI completed its second contract
extension on a project supporting an FDA program to certify the
approximately 9,700 mammography facilities in the USA. SSSI provided
and operated a system to issue federal certificates to such facilities,
operated the accounting system to collect and deposit fees in
support of the system, and maintained and managed a help desk function
for the program.
A federal department recently undertook a review of every
page in its entire website. The department selected SSSI's webZerve
product as its tool for the audit. The Audit module of webZerve
is specifically designed to help a human reviewer evaluate a
web site objectively, comparing it against predetermined standards
of usability and accessibility. SSSI Senior Analysts are assisting
the agency in performing the audit.
The training division of SSSI recently doubled the size of
its Blanket Purchase Agreement with one federal agency. The agency
move was the direct result of careful attention to service and
the high quality of instructors provided for the recurring sessions.
SSSI anticipates continuous growth on this initiative and is
actively seeking new clients for identical services.
