 The wide-ranging capabilities of xpdoffice™
reach their fullest potential working in concert with other applications.
Many organizations have accounting and project management systems
in place, but miss out on realizing full benefits from them because
of information transfer challenges. xpdient inc has developed
three synchronization packages to bridge the gap between the
two. xpdoffice™ project, employee, task, cost, and
scheduling information synchronizes with three popular packages:
Peachtree®, MS Project, and Intuits' QuickBooks packages.
Once transfer parameters are set, data "equalizes"
between each package and xpdoffice™. The synchronization
can be set to run after hours to cause minimal disruption to
normal operations. Information is fully encrypted for security,
and customers must use passwords on each side of the transfer
to open the respective packages. The biggest advantages of such
packages are that there is no loss of information and that data
from every field transfers precisely. As a firm adds new clients
or customers, or merges with another firm, HR and contract files
can be smoothly updated, saving time and money.
