SSSI staff works quickly to become familiar with your program
guidelines and regulations in order to effectively and efficiently
answer inbound program-related questions. We'll provide internal
training to project staff covering program activities, processes
and functions. And we'll perform high level Quality Assurance.

Hardware and Software
We'll provide the hardware and software necessary to support
the printing, mailing, and data storage functions you need. Likewise,
we'll select telephone and data systems to support your needs.
If custom software and database design is needed, our experts
are ready to meet the challenge.
System Testing
Tests will be conducted to ensure that all aspects of your operation
are performing according to specifications.
Quality Assurance
Developed Quality Assurance (QA) techniques are put in place
that aid in the proper delivery requirements and efficiency.
Accounting System
We'll develop the right accounting system to print billing coupons,
invoices, and letters. SSSI will produce reports for collections
and receivables; post payments, provide the capability to export
billing and payment, and handle on-line inquiries from remote
facilities.
Correspondence Handling
SSSI will receive and respond by telephone or in writing to incoming
mail received for your program, and prepare written correspondence
based on your specific regulations.
Hotline Support
We will design and develop a unique system to track hotline or
any other inquiries concerning your program. We'll answer your
calls, and enter them into the system, providing statistical
reports based on your needs.
