Social Security Administration (SSA)

Scope & Description

SSSi has provided long-term technical and operational support to the Social Security Administration across multiple contract vehicles, including ITSSC 1 and ITSSC 2. Our work has supported mission-critical systems and infrastructure that underpin SSA’s nationwide service delivery.

SSSi has supported the Department of Labor across multiple programs, including work for the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and the Division of Communications and Computing Technologies, Employment and Training Administration (ETA and Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA).

Our experience includes supporting enterprise IT operations and developing innovative systems to modernize data collection processes, including early pen-based field data collection solutions for CPI programs—at the time a significant advancement in workforce data automation.

Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

SSSi served as a prime contractor supporting the FDA’s Division of Mammography Quality and Radiation Programs. Our responsibilities included administrative system support and operating a national helpdesk serving mammography facilities across the United States and abroad.

Over six years of continuous support, SSSi ensured reliable operations, regulatory compliance, and responsive service for a program central to public health and safety.
